February 1st – Already!

Wow were did January go!? I didn’t realize how challenging it would be to think about.. and they shoot a picture everyday. But all in all, it wasn’t so bad. I’ve come out with some great shots that I otherwise would have overlooked.

Anyway, back to business. Thanks to those that commented on yesterdays business card idea. I’ve taken your comments and the comments of my family into consideration and have come up with a few other options. I do have a favourite now…. but I’m not going to say which one it is just yet.

The message, or more so the feel I’m trying to convey is professional but fun, classy but casual … I want it to reflect the business name First Impression. What do you see/think when you think First Impression??

It’s been another challenge let me tell you! Orange is my theme colour, so it stays. I’ve darkened the gray, but enough? I’ve also included the tag line “you only get one chance to make a great first impression” for the past 2 years as well…. although not present in some of these models.

Here we go again. Please comment even if your shy….

UPDATE: I’ve made a decision!

Thank you for the input! Now, on to a new website!

  1. The last one is my favorite. I like the orange fade. I still thin the type needs to be a bit heavier, like your name.

  2. Linda, for me, the one that has more impact is the 2nd one. I love the font used in “first impression” it’s the most original of the 3. looks fresh, different. it makes a strong statement. almost looks hand written, which I like.

  3. Top one.

Point of interest. I have never had a traditional business card for my photography business.

I hand out 4×6 prints of one of my latest images, with my contact info on it. I think it makes more impact.

  4. LOVE the 2nd one, the font is fabulous and daring

  5. I agree with your final choice. Nice job!

  6. love it!
